Fall 2026 Groups:
Beautifully Wired — A Support Group for Neurodivergent Women
This biweekly group offers a supportive, affirming space for neurodivergent women (including those with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence) to connect, process, and grow. Sessions blend peer support, psychoeducation, and reflective journaling to help members build self-understanding, develop practical coping strategies, and reduce the isolation that often accompanies late diagnosis, masking, or navigating a world not designed with neurodivergent minds in mind.
Members can expect a consistent, small-group setting (5-6 participants) that allows for genuine relationship-building over time.
This is an open-ended group, meaning members can join on a rolling basis and continue as long as it's helpful for them. It is designed for women who want an ongoing community rather than a fixed-length program.
Join us every other Monday at 6:00pm to connect, create, and grow together! Please email to register or with questions.
