Krysta Rybarczyk is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience supporting individuals across a spectrum of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, relational conflicts, ADHD, and providing support to LGBTQIA+ individuals.
She completed her Master’s degree in Social Work at Wayne State University and her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Central Michigan University. Krysta is trained in multiple evidence-based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PET), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
She provides an empathetic and direct approach to therapy, creating a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to explore life’s challenges and begin the healing process.
