Low Cost Therapy Services

Group Therapy Sessions For Men & Women

Quality Mental Health Care Should Be Within Everyone’s Reach

At ASK Psychological Services, we are guided by two core commitments: making therapy accessible to our community and advancing the clinical skills of future therapists. We understand that financial constraints and insurance limitations can be significant barriers to getting the support you need. That is why we are proud to offer high-quality, low-cost therapy services through our supervised clinical interns.

The Advantage of Intern Counseling: Two Therapists Helping You

Choosing to work with a counseling intern is a unique and powerful therapeutic opportunity. Unlike licensed clinicians who work independently, our interns are directly accountable to an experienced, licensed supervisor.

By working with a clinical intern, you not only receive affordable care but also play a vital role in shaping the next generation of compassionate, skilled mental health professionals.

What does this mean for you?

  • Collaborative Care: Your intern therapist meets weekly with a senior clinician who has formal training in supervision. They discuss your case in-depth, putting their heads together to develop the most effective, evidence-based interventions to help you reach your goals.
  • Dedicated Support: You benefit from the fresh perspective and dedication of your intern, combined with the seasoned expertise of their supervisor. In essence, you get two skilled professionals dedicated to your well-being.
  • Commitment to Excellence: This structure ensures your care is tailored, thoughtful, and held to the highest clinical standards.
